..LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new Custom Exterior Shutters. Gorgeous and exactly what we wanted!!!!! I found this company on a Goggle search and called. Buck answered right away and was very patient with me answering ALL my many questions as well as inviting me to their business to see the process. I took a picture to them showing what I was thinking of for Exterior Shutters for our new home under construction and he was excited for us too. Buck, Sam and Justin all participated in making this happen and cared so much about us, the customer, being extremely satisfied. They went above and beyond in understanding what I wanted and exhibited amazing patience with me throughout the process, especially with my decision regarding the color of the Shutters. Sam actually met me at a Sherwin Williams to do sample colors on their board and once they had prepared some pieces at their shop actually came out to hold up against our home (rock) to make sure I was pleased. I was ecstatic with the results. Then they gave me the opportunity to see our Shutters with both two rows and three rows of cross pieces giving me choices. They set up the examples for me to stand back and really get an idea so that I could make that decision. I love the hardware too I was able to pick as it really gives the Shutters that barn, vintage look. It is really hard to put into words how wonderful this company is and how grateful my husband and I are for Buck, Sam and Justin and their awesome Shutters.....the materials and the craftsmanship. Outstanding! I personally feel there is no better option than this company for any and all your Shutter needs. You will be so glad you went with them! A first class experience from start to finish.
